The free tier
A free account converts the amount shown in the table above, every month, with the full preview and the balance check. You can read this whole page without signing up; the account is asked for at the point where we are about to spend money reading your statement. The allowance is counted per month, not per 24 hours, and it comes back on the 1st.
Two things about that allowance are deliberate. The monthly window is the easy one: a 24-hour window is wrong for how this tool actually gets used, because most people convert statements once a month, or once a year at tax time.
The page cap inside the free statement is the one worth explaining. A bank statement is usually three to eight pages, so an allowance counted per file with no cap quietly costs several times more than one counted in pages. Capping the pages inside that one free statement is what keeps “one statement a month” honest in both directions — you get a whole real statement, not a crippled preview, and we are not writing a blank cheque. If your statement is longer than the cap, a single statement purchase has no page cap at all.
Put your own numbers in
Nothing is uploaded here. This is arithmetic on the prices above, done in your browser.
This works out the cheapest way to buy the month you typed. It needs JavaScript; the prices above do not.
How many pages is your statement?
Everything above is priced per page, and most people have not counted. Drop a statement in and we will tell you — it costs nothing and uses none of your allowance.
Refunds and the balance guarantee
If the numbers we give you do not reconcile, you get your money back.
The guarantee explicitly covers both failure modes, not just the obvious one:
- The balance does not close — opening balance plus the transactions we extracted does not match the closing balance printed on your statement.
- We missed a block of the document — an account, a page or a section that never made it into your output at all. This one matters more than it sounds: when a whole block is missing, the remaining numbers still add up perfectly, so a balance check alone would report success. We look for it separately, and it is covered by the same refund.
